Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My stunning husband JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where most people follow me. I blog about my everyday life and share my good and bad days. In 1990 I moved to America with my brother as well as my parents, when I was one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' devotion to dedication and hard work without which I'm sure I wouldn't be with you sharing my experiences. With the knowledge that I was destined to have a brighter future, I worked hard to make them proud and were adamant in the direction of success. My life was set out in a way that I could study at university, land an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy the house. My life that I planned to live was not as was actually. Money and the prestige of my work was not what I wanted to be. I was convinced that I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. 2013 was the year I discovered my love was exercising. In addition, I was a fan of getting involved in social activities and giving back to others. That led me to one of my new paths and to the field of personal training. My small business was started in 2014 and I'll be having a successful 7 years this year, 2021. Being an Asian female in this business, we are among the few of our kind. It is my goal to become a catalyst in this industry by providing the best coaching and guidance to help others to become a healthier and happier person by establishing healthy and sustainable living that caters to your personal goals and requirements. Also, I want to motivate others to follow their ambitions and desires in order to achieve whatever they want to achieve. As my career was taking off, I experienced the worst loss of my life thus far- the passing of my Mom. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease was over, and she now rests in Heaven. She will forever remain with me in my heart as well as mind. Life really does have an ability of giving us precisely what we require, even if we're not able to grasp the lessons at this moment. There are many ways that my mom's death changed my life. In my opinion, she gave me another opportunity to grieve her passing. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. It was now time for her to move on to her next chapter and to allow me the opportunity to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. At the age of 30 I'm feeling a sense of being alive and alive. It's not like that I'm just a mere existence anymore. This is my story to share to you with the hope that you'll find something to resonate with my stories and thoughts in order to let you know that you're not in the dark, for you to know that you're capable of anything you set your mind to that true love has a place in the world where therapy is normal and required that wellness is the best kind of wealth. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and to die with no regrets since it is death that is all we can count on during our lifetime.
